They tried to give me my car back full of black smudges that were not there previously. There was some type of grease all over my tire flap and is most likely going to stain the paint on my new car! I paid extra for them to clean my wheels and I should've kept the money for myself because I came home and cleaned them on my own anyways.. Terrible wash.. Never again!
Too bad I can't post pictures of how "clean" my car was when I left. Had to go over it myself when I got home.
Paid a lot of money to have the car cleaned inside and out and it still had dust on the dashboard and didn't even seemed to look wiped down at all. I won't be wasting my money again! The quality of your services are embarrassing. Over priced for terrible service.
I bring my car today to wash them but I drive out is the same that I drive in is so dirty. I pay $30 dollars for it. I think with that price I will get a nice clean car! But guess what is still dirty I was mad. I will never ever coming back to that mister shit place again. What happened to octopus owner where he go. This place officially SUCKS!!!! Wish there was a zero stars to select for this place. After reading all the one star review they are all absolutely TRUE!! Took my wife's car there two weeks in a roll and the same dirty spots in the windows we're left there. Payed extra money to have here rims and tires cleaned by hand and they still look as dirty as they did when I took them in. While waiting for my car two other customers had bigger problems then me. took my car to get washed. somehow my wipers came on and scratched up my window. i now have to get a new windshield and the manager keeps saying that i turned my sensors on-somehow! they sent me off in the mooring-knowing this transpired-but did not say anything. we asked for the owners contact and he would not give it to us. we will NEVER go here again..and i actually paid them 14 dollars.
This is terrible I took my girlfriends car to get cleaned, and bought their wash package cost 30 bucks. Windows are all still dirty there is water marks all over the car. And the rims still look dirty I went back and they said it would cost additional 10 dollars to run thru the cleaners again. Last time me or any of my family go back to this place. Get it together. A lady was mumbling her way through complaining she didn't like this place. She loved Octopus and hated this place; I thought she was just grumpy. Unfortunately, she was right. The outside of the car wasn't that dirty, so it cleaned easily. I mainly wanted the inside of the windows cleaned (new car film). I ended up doing it myself later that day because they were so streaky, I couldn't see when the sun was shining in the front. Price went up and the quality went way down. I won't go back.
