They didnt do a good job..tires won't even sprayed rite..dashboard wasnt even clean windshield was still dirty..
It's been about 3 months since I washed my Rav4, so I went to this car wash and they sold me on the Platinum Package. The result...they did not even give me the platinum wash...it was more a mediocre job!! The interior dash was still dusty, my rubber mats weren't clean and still had sticky remnants on the mat, they did not apply the tire cleaner, the front mask cover (bra) was still dirty. The place was not even busy either. I'm going back to get a better wash cuz I paid $34 bucks for a platinum wash!
Carwash was good, fuel cover was taped shut? Broken, Should Have Told Me?!
I had my full size truck washed here this week and it will be the last time. I thought I would give you all a second chance. You all are about quantity not quality.
It would be awesome if our cars weren't rushed through the line. I know they're sometimes busy, but they need to do a better job of cleaning our cars.
First time at this location!!! I loved it he experience!! Everyone one was so friendly and I could tell there was a real family atmosphere. I go to 528 location and paseo location. Customer service was on point!!! With the help of Carlos and Eric Flores who had notice something on my car before I did, completely grateful. And will be back!!! I found a new car wash!!!!
Just took my car through. I'm a paid member but not for long!!!! They washed my like shit!!! The hood is still dirty with streaks and dirt!! The trunk was not even dried I had to dry it myself while they stood and watched!!! I'll be canceling my paid membership!! Rain Tunnel just got a new customer.
I have realized that it doesn't matter the package you pay for you get the same service. save yourself some money if you go here get the basic package. windows are still not clean and the I side wasn't even touched.
Stay away from this place!!! They are horrible!!!! My car came out dirtier than it was when I brought it. When I tried to say something all they told me was "it's not guaranteed" what does that even mean? They guarantee to take your money but not to wash your car.
