kiosk charged me for a platinum wash when I asked for an express wash. Then I didn't get the platinum wash I got the express wash and they didn't want to give me back what I was owed. $18 and my wash didn't even clean the tires SMDH! They ended up giving me 2 complimentary express washes cause they can't give a refund... I ain't coming back here no more!
RecommendedBuy the membership, it saves you money espically if you wash your car at least once a week.
Every time o go it gets slower n slower. I had ten cars ahead of me n I was in there over 45 minutes. What the heck!!?
Car was damaged I. Their wash and they accepted no responsibility!!!!
I drive for Uber from time to time so I purchased the Unlimited Wash Club membership from Mister Car Wash. There are weeks that I wash my car every day and have yet to see any negative results. Also, about every quarter I will upgrade my visit with one of the various detail services. I've never been disappointed and happily recommend this place to keep your car or truck clean.
Very disappointing results.
They do a mediocre job at best. Nobody there treats your vehicle like it’s theirs. Just had a friend get their brand new truck scratched and they pretty much “shrugged” it off even though they swung the door open carelessly. I will continue to go to Car Spa on Central. Way better treatment of your vehicle and more affordable. If you truly care about your vehicle don’t take it to a car wash like this....ever!
Ever since they replaced octopus its been down hill. More cost less service even worse quality. Look into other car washes that do a better job.
Franklin was so kind and helpful! He helped me clean our car when we out of town and in a bind. I’m so grateful for his help and kindness.
