Went through twice and it was still dirty. Manager said they're not allowed to use brushes anymore. I still have coupons from Firehouse. When they are gone, I will find a carwash that actually washes the whole car!
Take care of your customers and listen to them otherwise yous wont last long in Saginaw mi told me not to come back yoy guys suck
I will never go here you all bought out firehouse (the best car wash around) and now i read all the problems you have and also totally ruined a friends car im sure not gonna run my 2018 pick up through there !! Tyler Scott sorry to hear about this!!
I got the $18 wash and told the attendant that the past few times I got it washed that the back of the car and a few others spots never come clean, was told they are touchless now and it would be much better, nope! Won't pay that again! The back of the car, the side panels on the bottom and the side mirrors all look untouched.
Yea they are garbage...my passenger side fender got scuffed up on my 2017 Subaru WRX when I went through a couple weeks ago....they said their machines wouldnt do that....they paid for it to get buffed out...but still why should you have to worry about that goin through the car wash!!! Also my entire back end of my veh was still covered in soap suds!!!! Was told they were still tweaking the machines!!! Just tried the new location on Bay Rd. in Saginaw yesterday. Paid extra for a “bug guard” and they didn’t even get the old ones off. Also, they do not personally dry your vehicle like Firehouse used to, so you’re left with the water marks.
The first time I went to the this car wash was earlier this month. When I went through the car wash broke a piece off my car. Went to fill out an incident form and they denied responsibility. There was no issue before I went in. They also had other car pieces in the offices corner. I am not the only one who has had an issue. Contacted corporate about two weeks ago and still have NO response. Do not recommend and will NEVER go back.
Friendly staff, my only compliant is the greasy film that’s left on on the glass surfaces. I thought the first time it was a fluke and I wrote it off. I went through today and had the same film again. I had to use windex to get it off. Other than that, everything looked good.
Worst car wash ever!! My car is still filthy after going thru today. The drying at the end sucks. My hood is about the only thing that got dry. I plan to go thru another car wash in a bit just to get the crap off my car that your wash didn’t. (And for the record, my car gets washed about once a week if it’s not raining so it wasn’t even that dirty). No inside wipe or trash bag was offered. Plus, while I was in line, I seen 3 cars come out of the wash and get back in line cuz they still had tons of soap on their cars.
