Still had bugs all over and the wheel wells did not look like they were touched.
Worst wash ever.... take some notes from firehouses proven system.
I have gone to this car wash a couple of times and have been unhappy every time. I'm trying to use up the Firehouse coupon book I have or I wouldn't bother. The wash itself is "O.K." (not really great) but the heat lamp and the blowers at the end do not do the job. Each time my car has been dripping wet from the side mirrors back and then full of water spots. Why can't you have towel dry?
$14 on a car wash I have to go home and wash my car again they do not pre-wash anyting only the machine wash for a very expensive price and it does not do the job will not ever return to this car wash or any of their other car washes
Terrible job!!!!!!!!! Want Old firehouse back. 3 times I’ve gone there and my car doesn’t get cleaned!! Plus I think their tracks mess something up with the steering on my car.
Went through State street location once, no wipes or trash bags, way more expensive than Firehouse was. I left with my vehicle dripping wet as they don’t towel dry anymore, bugs still all over the front and windshield, dirt still all over the back. Thought it was a fluke because it was like the 2nd day after they opened so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. horrible job and overpriced especially with no prep and hand dry. at least wash world in shields still does it all
The back of your car will still be dirty and all but the hood will still be wet. No thanks. Plenty of other choices around.
