they dont do a good and won't take cash
went thru twice and still dirty. $10 for a completely useless wash. go anywhere else
Terrible reviews and problems with still dirty and worse yet...Damage to cars!
I went through yesterday and the wash just felt extremely rough. I then heard/felt something crack which prompted me to examine my car. The back section of my luggage rack was torn right off of my car (Yukon XL). The manager stated that he would file the claim but their disclaimer states they don’t cover racks. This was a factory rack and was not loose. I will wait to see what they say, but have already shared and warned friends and family to stay clear of this establishment.
doesnt get cleaned in one trip. still dripping wet, overpriced
Mister car wash service is poor compared to firehouse service. They do not spray off your vehicle before they send you through the car wash. Not sure if there suppose to but been there twice and they didn’t prewash either time. Bummed there are no more Firehouses in my area!!!
2 times thru and still had snow/ice hanging in wheel wells and running board. They do not guarantee to get ice off because they do not use hot water!

Over priced, still dirty when finished, still wet, BRING BACK FIREHOUSE CAR WASH.
