Been a member for almost 2 yrs & I definitely get my $$ worth!
Here's the thing...the carwash itself is awesome! The new guy that had me pull in too close resulting in me rear ending the guy in front of me once my truck was in neutral and I could not see a thing....NOT SO AWESOME! They told me it was my fault....right. Good thing you guys have video surveillance! Customers, DO NOT TRUST the person guiding you in. They take no responsibility if they cause an accident.
It doesn't clean the back of my SUV. It's dumb that they put plastic cover over ur back window wiper. My antenna was damage n their vacuum sucks. When there wash was $5.99. I never got my penny back lol.
Hated it. No nozzle on the vacuum. Not maintained. I'll driver further next time to wash my car.
They should not allow pickup trucks. I get a good wash unless I have to follow a pickup truck through the tunnel.
Season 1 star from me and I will not be using your service anymore because I have a transportation company with only two cars. Mister car wash who advertises unlimited wash for $32 will not let transportation drivers have unlimited wash. I believe that's false advertising how are we any different than a person with a nice car who washes their car a couple of times a week? I came to your store originally and explain what I did for a living and was welcomed and now I am being cut off shame on you mister car wash.
