2019 took my 2019 Mazda CX-5 with custom low profile tires threw the wash and the track cut a Inner slice of my front tire. I told them and they just told me our tracks are unable to do that but obviously it did to my new tires on my car they insisted it was done elsewhere but I can honestly say no to that. They would not pay for the damages so I was out $245.00 it would of been better customer experience if they did the right thing .
RecommendedCould you please talk to your staff about cars going in we can’t see below the hood been hitting my tires the alignment is going off and the really is NOT a good thing even if you guys pay the bill so please talk to them they can do better I know they can just go over with your staff thank you.
The unlimited monthly pass is the only way to go. Pretty good car wash I’ve tried numerous locations but I prefer this one
My client trusted your employees to place his car on your conveyor to pull his it through your car wash. I’m very dis appointed that when two customers in front of him hit their brakes as told not too and while my friends windshield was covered and cannot see what’s in front of him. He collided with the vehicle in front of him This car wash will not take any responsibility. To fix my friends damaged vehicle. I would suggest do not go to this car wash as if the damage your car your going to be on your own! Buyer beware!!
Tell the employees to listen and respect the customers. I had a horrible experience there.
Stop your employees from retaliating and harassing people for commenting on their behavior.
I pay monthly for unlimited car washes and it does an amazing job, but I hate sitting in my car waiting 30 minutes for something that takes two minutes.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! We've had a membership for a few years and are cancelling. My husband went thru the car wash and it scratched his car in two places. The manager refused to take care of it but offered two months membership. What BS!!! Like we want to use a car wash that will scratch the car and a pathetic $60 will make up for the several hundred dollars we will be spending to fix the damage. Posted pictures of damage in comments.
Awful... the service it's so bad. We were waiting for 20 minutes, there were NO CARS WAITING ONLY US, then the employee another car came and the employee decides to go and help them first. After 30 min he decides to ask what we needed help with. We were going to buy a membership but with this awful service it's not even worth it.
