This is the worst location ever and I will be canceling my monthly membership. An employee witnesses a black piece on my bumper get knocked off of my BMW. The manager on duty told me they would have to look for it at the end of the night and they would call me. Its been over a week and no call so I went into the mr car wash and another manager came over and said they are still looking for it but it was to much work and they wouldn't replace the piece because they didnt really know if it happened there. Took my fairly rare Shelby GT500 in for the $18 wash. It came out flawless and it was completely safe for the vinyl stripes. Ill be bringing her back!
I don't have one complaint. This place really knows how to take care of their customers and their cars. I don't go anywhere else for my car wash.
Fast and don't have to get out of my car. Love the unlimited pass and the great vacuums at 300 West location.
Paid for a 16$ wash. Got a basic 7$ wash. When I told them, that it was wrong car wash. can I speak with someone about it. They said " no we are to busy." And this isn't the first, second,third or fourth time it's happen. - watch out because your not getting what you paid for.
I have been reading all the garbage and complaints from other people how there things don't work or damage they got from pulling in to close to other cars. What a bunch of idiots. Straight up the best car wash in Salt Lake City!
Never had a problem with the car wash . I am glad that they cover the wiper blade, otherwise it could bend during the wash. Oh, that might be good, give you something else to complain about. It is funny how many complain about thing in life, when the basically pay very little. They are doing a complete overall on the property and totally excited about it. I have two recommendations..
