I signed up for the monthly deal last month. It wasn’t very good but I figured it would be worth just being able to run through once s week to knock the dirt off but I went through today and it was terrible. I curbed my rim on the curb going into the wash and the “manager” came out at my request and said it’s not their responsibility. Paid for the platinum and waisted my money ! Inside of my truck looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. Inside look like it hadn’t been wiped out. I ended up cleaning it myself , total waist of time and money !
I did not like how they clean the cars, they did a very poor job vacuuming the inside of my car. I do not recommend this place
you pay 22.00 for a wash and it's not clean. They didnt even wipe the Dashboard
They did a great job I said and out and two different waxes on my Dodge Challanger and I will be back because I bought the wash package so I can get a touch up during the middle of the week for one price a month.
Literally the worst interior detail I've ever had. I'll have to do it myself. Wish I could add photos.
The vacuums haven’t worked properly for 6 months. Ridiculous!!!!
$36.00 spent on ultimate car wash and I had to go home and detail the inside myself. Doors weren’t wiped down and passenger side car door still had trash in it and the mats were not pulled out and vacuumed properly. There were only 5 cars there during the time I was there. I will never go back!!!!
Attendants didn't prep the car correctly (side mirrors, wiping down back, consequently the car wasn't cleaned properly and my passenger side mirror was nearly ripped off. The vacuum didn't have adequate suckage to even pick up a straw wrapper. Usually better but disappointed. Will give them another chance and then going elsewhere.
