I purchased the top the line package today at the Rivergate location and while the outside of my vehicle was beautiful, the inside was not the same. Seems they gave the front of the vehicle some attention however the backseat and trunk area (in SUV) did not get the same love. It appears the backseat was not vacuumed, the floor in the back and trunk was neglected as well and the doors were not wiped down. @MisterCarWash I used them Saturday and my car was damaged and was assaulted verbally by employee ! Can’t get management team at location to respond I have text from Manage assuming damage. Why do you not respond ? Incident #843-060119-160
I normally just run through the wash then clean the inside myself, but I figured I would treat myself today and let them do the interior for me. they did an excellent job on the interior. I couldn't be happier.
