RecommendedI unknowingly came in after close and purchased a wash. The people there were so nice about it and let me wash the car. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area.
I pay a monthly subscription fee, and have occasionally spent an extra $8 for the upgrade. This has proven to be a complete waste of money. I don't expect a full detail for an extra $8, but I've often left with my truck looking as though they hardly touched the inside. Today was the worst. The windshield is horribly streaked, which happens every time. Unfortunately, I can't get a clear picture.
All of the employees were really nice and they did a good job cleaning the car. thank you

Normally have great service been in line over 30 mins. I understand people have paid to have admitted service . You also having other paying customers that just have to sit an wait unnecessarily time. Customer service on arrival said it was a 20 minute delay did not explain why. I have worked in customer service for years . This is the worst. I will not be sending anyone to the location. It needs to be to be two washing entrances. This not good customer services. I normally have great service but purchased the platinum today was speechless at the results. It took an hour to finish, so tracking down a manager was not an option. It literally looks like how It did when I arrived. Nothing was done. Since my son is coming home from deployment, it is his vehicle, I will not be able to take it for touch ups like you told another lady to do. Please train your people.
