My husband and I own a car lot and got a Mustang on trade. It was quite a mess. These guys rocked it out quickly and got it cleaned up beyond my expectations. Also got an oil change and they got it done in excellent time. They are very organized and run like a well oiled machine. Well done Mister!

What a disappointment. I used to really enjoy and recommend people use this service but in the last year something has changed. The gentlemen that takes your money is extremely pushy and comes off downright rude. I expressly told them to please make sure they vacuumed the seats of my vehicle as I had some dog hair in it. The seats look like they weren't even touched. I also asked them to please be sure they clean the windshield very well as we just had the windows tinted and there was some smears it doesn't look like they to... read more
I love that if you have a problem they will fix it and not make excuses. Unlimited wash club with 5 kids is my friend
Felt like a goofball, but lost an earring right as I got out of the van to have it vacuumed. Looked a while and couldn't find it, "Zack" told me they'd find it - and he did! Not to mention, the vacuum was especially meticulous. I really appreciated the extra time they took and the friendly service today from the initial salesperson (I call him Joe Pesci behind his back but didn't catch his name) to the young man who came inside to walk us to the car. Thank you all.
In and out in about 30 minutes. Inspected my car and replaced a few bulbs! One of the friendliest encounters I have ever had at an auto shop.
These guys always go above and beyond and Mister Car Wash is the only car wash that I will use in Springfield.
They were so busy that they didn't take the time they should have in each vehicle. I paid 49.99 for a monthly unlimited wash that day, and it sure didn't make me want to come back to that location. I still had white stuff in my doors, and seats, and wheels weren't wiped down throughly either. Take your time guys!!!
