They do a good job. But it's about 6 dollars more than when it was auto magic. I don't use them as often because of the higher price

Paid almost $30 bucks for car wash and some parts didn’t get clean. Tried calling and the number just rings. Will not go back.
Absolutely horrible expirence. I have used them for all maintenance on my car. After this last experience I will never use them again. I also plan on telling everyone I know how awful they are. They told me a service would be one price and then when I went to pay it was $50 more than expected. When I asked why they had no explanation and offered no apology. Absolutely awful. The car wash service is always horrible and you pay for an expensive wash your car doesn’t look any better.
Can't tell I even washed it. The place was packed couldn't even get back in to find someone. Went to website to leave pics from car wash . you might want to have some one there that can work . The $8 carwash in Nixa does a better job.
I use this car wash often. This time was the absolute worse yet! I paid $34.00 for a Platinum Package and got a $6.00 car wash (if that). 1. The vacuum job was almost non-existent. Did not look like the back was vacuumed at all. The storage under the seats was removed and thrown up on the backseat. The rear floor mats were obviously just thrown in (not positioned). Had my car washed today and very dissatisfied with the results. There was dirt still on the car and the car attendants did a poor job wiping down the car. One of the attendants remained sitting until my car was halfway through the exit. I will not return to the Battlefield Road location.
I went to the carwash today, and as luck would have it, I left my I-phone box under the driver's seat....when they went to put my carseat forward the box jammed under the carseat, and they were unable to move the seat back cause the cables underneath came dis-connected. Richard Sanderson, the manager explained what happened and had someone drive my car right over to get repaired and they took care of the bill. Somehow, and with great talent, managed to sling mud all over the rear seat and ignored the cup holders. 5-stars for inattention to detail.
