You pay for a car wash as you exit there is a large puddle of dirty muddy water it’s been there for a couple of years and they don’t do anything to resolve it. So I get home and wash my tires and wheels. They raised the price and the kid asked me for a tip.It use to be a good place.
RecommendedI just went through the Mister Car Wash on the Dalla highway for the first time. The personnel was most courteous and the prices reasonable. The only thing the I found missing were rags to wipe down the car after going through the wash.
Twice in a week I have stopped by on the way to work to get a wash. Both times, this location wasn’t open yet, although they are supposed to open at 7:30AM. Went by today at 7:40AM, not open and employees just pulling in to work.
this location charged me the monthly membership without authorization and when I asked for the general manager's contact I formation, I was told that they can not give it out. This location... before it became a Mister carwash... was a much better location. I will not be returning!
I bought a months pass a year ago stating that I was moving and was told it would only be good for that month I purchased. They have been taking money out of my account since then and I had to contact my bank and change my card number.
Employees do not care about your car, they do no prewash even if you buy the Platinum wash, they wait until your rim grinds against the guide to tell you to move right, and no longer offer towels to dry off the excess water. I would not go here if you care about your car...
It Thursday afternoon,I just went through the wash and had the worst experience ever,the black kid working Tha wash had the worst attitude that I've ever seen at any business,I went in and talked to the Manager who was a very nice young lady by the name Kayla who said she is contacting her Manager,I would not recommend this place to anyone.,the kid even played the Racial card on me,I said nothing Racial to him,I'm 53 years old and it's so sad to see how kids treat people these days.

It was ok. Got the mid range wash, but wheels didnt get totally clean. And it would be nice if they had rags and a simple interior spray in carts by the vacuums. The company who had the property before had all that.
