This place is a joke!! Decided to go here instead of my normal place because the line was so long there. Never, ever again. Car needed a good cleaning so I splurged for the Platinum wash. After waiting a good 25 minutes my car was done. I walk out to my car to see both floor mats (rubber kind) are still filthy dirty with dirt and salt. I questioned the man working about it and he said it was $2 extra for floor mats. Really?! $37 for a car wash and you don't rinse the floor mats?? My windows were streaked. They need a new register lady. Or train her on how to properly greet customers.
Some of the best customer service and quality of work I've received in a while.
Since Mr. carwash bought maritime the service and quality as went downhill. I just left and there is still dust all over my dash of my steering consul and I pay for unlimited wash For a full size truck. Very unhappy and canceling this month.
