I took my car as I always do to the Solomons island Road location. I had a potted plant sitting on the floor of my car, they put the plant in my seat and it fell over and dirt is everywhere. what was the point? why not just put it back on the floor?
Paid for a total exterior car wash. Rear of car was not done, also tires were not done. After leaving and going home, I called to speak to the manager. I was told he was outside and would return my car. He never called. I would not recommend this csr wash.

Just left mister car wash. I keep going back hoping the next time my car will come out better. Every time it’s disappointing especially for purchasing the complete in and out package. Came out to my car seats still filthy and not wiped down or vacuumed. The gentlemen kindly wiped them down after I pointed it out. Nothing else was wiped down or cleaned. Cups holders are still dirty, dash, console, shifter is all still dusty.

Their response is, “We apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused. First time coming here. Very disappointed. Car smelled good inside and that’s about it. Barely vacuumed no interior wipe down, left interior Mirror streaked and barely able to see out of it. Super disappointed. Won’t be back and wasted $37
