Did an awful job for $37. Not thorough at all. Didn’t put my floor mats back in correctly. Wiped my dash with something that left a film.
I've visited this place twice. The 1st time after I left, noticed the front end was still dirty. I recently went for a second chance, mentioned it to the girl I paid and she assured me it would be cleaned. I trusted them to not get out and check so at my next stop, I noticed there was still bird droppings still on the hood of my car. I can't believe the girl that dried off my car let me drive away and not try to remove it..... That was a giant waste of $37. The interior looked like it wasn’t even cleaned. Do not come to this place if you expect your car to be cleaned well. No wonder the line in edgewater is out on the road and there was literally no one in line at this place. Terrible.
They tried to give me my car back without my license plate or my left tail light and pretended as if nothing was wrong until I noticed it. They acted like they were going to take care of it and then denied my claim. If you have ANYTHING that's not factory attached to your vehicle (in my case tail light covers) they'll string you along to get rid of you and then tell you that you're SOL days later. Do not come here. The offered a platinum wash where they offer to use the air hose to blow out the cracks. Got out of my car and watched them vacuum out car but no air house an additional service I was charged. I called down the manager to speak to him telling him that they didn't do the air hose. He assured me that it would be clean only to go get my car to find no cracks being blown out the car has water in the cup holders dirt still in there. 1st Time using Mister car wash cause the car wash I usually go to was slammed and it was a huge waste of money. I paid $37 for the inside and outside wash. First, as I was pulling off from the car was I noticed a sound like I was dragging something. I quickly pulled over and found my hood bug guard dragging. It’s only clipped onto the hood and I’m assuming it was knocked off by one of the brushes in the wash. That wasn’t that big of a deal, but they are suppose to wipe the vehicle down by hand.
