This is the worst Mister Car Wash in all of Orlando. Just had an employee skip me (an unlimited wash club member) to have another car go ahead of the members only lane. Their tire shine has mostly not worked in over eight months. They also had a hydraulic line break about six months back and that day the employees were extremely unprofessional and wouldn’t even explain the situation. I have no complaints about Mister Car Wash as a company, but this location should have been shut down long ago.
I took my car here yesterday to get it detailed when I got it back there was a lit of dirt still on the dash and in between the seats so I showed the manager who apologize and asked to redo it himself. when I got it back the inside windows weren't touched at all. and there was still a lot of dirt in between the seats and in the vents. RecommendedI am sitting here and I am having my truck washed and all. This young guy calls out a car and he found a good amount of money under a car seat and he took it to the person and said I found this and he walked away. the person counted the money and went inside and said gave this kid an amazing review. That is great to see not to many honest people out there!
Terrible car wash they scratched up my husbands new truck that I gifted him and are avoiding paying for the damages. Do not recommend. And check your vehicle immediately after wash. Defeats the purpose of drive through wash but you must.
Always something broken,the vacuums are low in power,carpet cleaner always out of order n young people don't want to assist you cause to busy on their phone n worst part the young managers always in the office n never come out to see how everything is..trash!!!!!
On the day that I was there it was obvious to me that the management staff was intent on training and making sure the operation was running smoothly. Before yesterday I hadn’t been in months and it was clearly new management. I was happy with my service 😊
If you just need the outside cleaned, any gas station with the automatic car wash will be the same. If you are looking to have the interior cleaned go anywhere else! 4 people were cleaning my car after I went through the automatic car wash and all they did was vacuum, and that wasn't even done well. Photos I'm comments from AFTER 4 PEOPLE cleaned my car.
This was my first time ever coming at this car wash I would never come back worst experience ever. it a shot and even tried their Mat washer for $3 for four minutes I now have a soaking wet car mat and the machine stopped within two minutes “ Young gentleman came up took my mat and dried it which is still soaking wet but he says it’s dry and then another guy by the name of John “ the manager” came out and was very very rude and informed me he can wash 10 mats in 4 mins I feel absolutely disgusted by his attitude and the way ... read more
