Pretty bad wash for the price. Just had my vehicle washed looks worse afterwards
Pulled up to the only lane you can use cash/card in. Car in front went thru no problem. I pull up and the screen crashes, red lights flashing. There was no one in the booth to help me and no help button on the screen. Looked like everyone was over by the main building just chatting away. Luckily no one was behind me so I could back up and turn around to leave.
It would be great to get a heads up that the vacuums are being shut down, or will be shut down soon, before I have half my vehicle vacuumed. When myself and another customer inquired we received a shrug and "my bad". 😐 Rude.
Today was the last time I will put up with the attendants screaming at me to pull forward. I can’t move forward any faster than the car in front of me. Either the yelling at customers stops, or I use another car wash.
