RecommendedI like Mister Car Wash and think having the monthly plan is great. I think they do a great job and everyone is always happy to help. I have just one request. Stop changing the soap to that horrendous smell of trash. You’ve had a few smells that are great...stick to those. You get a 5 out of 5 from me ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
Just bought my car a week ago. I Took it to Mister Car Wash on Kalamazoo for a quick clean up. In turn, what I got was a 3 inch Scratch on my Truck from this extremely abrasive car wash. Management did not resolve my claim instead found every reason to pass the blame. I went to Tommy’s prior to and didn’t get scratches. For this reason, I recommend Tommy’s car wash on 44th street.

When it changed names they put in less stuff to clean the car’s and they messed up. My front bumper and it took awhile for me to see it so never turned it in

Not the same service as when it was Southland. If you’re shopping price, Mister does a nice job. If you’re shopping quality, you might explore other options. My truck is 13 years old and if it gets messed up here, not a big deal. If I had a new 50-70k pickup, this would not be the place I would personally go.
This car wash is the BEST one in the city !! Not only is the facility awesome BUT they have the BEST employees which as we all know makes all the difference in the world !!! Thanks for making people smile while taking care of an errand !!!!
Thanks to the sprayers who were working about 2 today (I wish they wore nametags!). The one guy always does an amazing job spraying down my dirty, dirt-road driven truck, and it looked like he was training another guy who was also very thorough this week. At first, I wasn't sold on the monthly pass, because it took at least 2 trips through to make my truck clean.
