Mister Car Wash will NEVER receive my business or my families again and we all went there for many services. The girl that asked me which wash I liked was nice but after that it was a horrible experience. The guy that pulled me in was rude. They somehow didn’t have me line my car up in the track correctly so the line stopped, my car was sitting there with the the washing things sitting on the hood of my car. DO NOT TAKE UR CAR HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Took in my car for an oil change, after the oil change about 1 min later as I was driving my car steering wheel locked up and car started vigorously shaking and turning off. We were not even a street away from the place and immediately returned back. When we returned all mechanics tried to figure out what was happening w car but could not. They told us to take it to a real service mechanic to figure out the problem and if it was their fault they would fix it. Other mechanics said th... read more
Sure why not ? Keep the car clean, but wash is clicking passenger mirror out EVERYTIME !!
I misread your website and thought emission testing was available until 8pm. I pulled up at 6pm on the dot to find out my error, and find out they are only done until 6. Your employees were kind enough to do the testing for me even though it was closing time. Thank you so much! Great service!
