All most every time windows have water spots on them,don't see them till you drive into the sun,Sunday was the worst and no one was behind me
I paid for the ultimate car wash package. My truck is still dirty and now has the added bonus of small scratches and chips in the paint on my hood. Don't use this company, unless you want to over pay for poor results. If I could attach pictures I would!
Employees are very rude/disrespectful will never go back there again!!!
I have a membership & I will be canceling it, every time I come in, hoping this one will do better then the shillington one, same thing, no one wipes the back of my 4Runner, it's filled with dust, windows smeared, dash protectant not rubbed in?!?!? How hard is it to properly train and supervise your employees?
Poor service from car wash ever since new owners..
Excellent service and thank you to all the employees for their hard work. My vehicle always looks great after leaving and yesterday was the first time we had our oil changed there as well. We will be coming back. Plus the kids love going there!!!
The last 5 times I have been here I have need to turn around and go back to go through the wash again and or have them redo the inside. There is always dirt left on all parts of the car, and the inside is bearly vacuumed. For the $18 you pay for the wash alone I would expect better service. I have been to both the Ephrata location and Reading location and both have the same horrible results since Mister Car Wash took over. I'm officially done wasting my money here.
