Recommendedterrible express is not express..they were taping up a light in the line instead of taking the vehicle out of line to allow vehicles to proceed..then when inside the machine stopped.

My husband signed up one month and then canceled it the next month. This occurred October 2020. Due to Covid they stopped charging all cards Dec2020 to Dec2021. Somehow my card started being charged again Dec2021. I just noticed it and called them. They verified we have not been there since October 2020 but refused to refund any money to us. Mister car wash damaged my New Tundra. this company and location has just turned into a joke. first they closed down interior on the University store then on the East Washington so the only place for full service is now on Park street. at 12:30 I'm in line with nowhere to get out and there's six cars ahead of me and I'm told it could be 45 minutes. they have one person doing the vacuuming. yes one person. whether it's a staffing issue or breaks this is ridiculous for a saturday.
