Awesome first visit experience. I got the wash and hand wax, it was less expensive and faster than Ocean Spray. The staff was very friendly and very polite. A lot of "sir, thank you, yes and no" as opposed to the "yah and nah" that has become the norm. I will be a return customer.
Just left car wash. Not only did they do an exceptional job but they found $ under my seat and brought it to me. Classy.
I had a lot of hesitation going back to Mister car wash after reading some reviews; I'd always had great results for Top Dog. I had Ronald do an exterior detail on my weathered 1999 Sienna, and he truly made it look almost new again. Ask for him, and tip him well, he's a keeper.
So disappointed in this new ownership. I loved Top Dog and miss their staff, service and the quality. Will not be going back again- I can go to a gas station car was for half the price and get the same, if not better results. Why on earth did they do away with the stay in your towel dry and tire shine?! I got home and had blueish white streaks down the entire back side of my car where it didn't rinse off well. My mirrors and Windows were all spotty too ☹️
Figured I'd give you guys a second chance. Still disappointed and will not be coming back. You raise the prices and take away the towel drying at the end that leaves horrible water spots all on the vehicle, not to mention I had to wipe off a huge amount of blue drops that didnt get rinsed off. Not cool!! Top Dog was awesome and you guys could have learned a lot from them! At least they towel dried and clean your rims with the stay in your car service!
Hating the change to Mister already. Two separate lines, only one for express?!? As crowded as that place gets, who wants to wait in a line for 15 minutes while an entire lane is empty? The left lane gets backed up fast. What's the point of the SpeedPass? Doing away with the cards and going to stickers exclusively is going to suck, too.
