This is a new owner and still has some wrinkles to over come, for the most part they do a great job cleaning and vacuuming they do this so well that they forget to put some of the removal floor mats back in. While I will continue to support the establishment I am a little upset that one of my mats are now lost forever. This used to be Top Dog Car Wash, was great then. I have been to the Mister car wash twice now, spent $32+ each time for interior/exterior wash and they didn't even clean the windows, wipe the dash off or clean the wheels.. All they care about is trying to sell you more washes then actually cleaning the vehicle.
I paid for the top interior exterior wash and got a half effort wash. Sand was all over the console and seats after they used compressed air inside. No one wiped down the tailgate or sides of the truck. Not what I was expecting, I guess the new name did not result in better service. When I told the attendant, he told me we already vacuumed the interior and wiped it down. He made a feeble attempt to fix it. Disappointed!!
These folks do a great job! They offer different levels of service and deliver a solid job every time. Bravo Mister Carwash!
The are friendly and do a great job!! They have free popcorn and vacuums too! I get the detail package and Errol is amazing!!! Always am pleased when I leave :)
I see some negative comments on here and wonder why. I am very pleased with the two monthly plans I have for both cars and the staff there take the time to do it right. I am very satisfied with the monthly plans that allow me to go whenever I want. As far as being crowded I think that is because they take the time to do a great job. If there was nobody in line I might think som things wrong. I don't mind waiting for my cars to get detailed.
So sorry Top Dog sold to this low-service, poor quality car wash. Top Dog was one of the perks of living in Suntree. Mister Car Wash, please RAISE THE BAR!
I purchased the Unlimited Plan about a month ago and the plan is fantastic. I'm in anytime my car gets dirty or gets something on. The staff is amazing. From the greeters like john and justin being friendly and listening when I have questions, to the managers, Chris Robby Sebastian Ethan and Brennan, there who keep everything running as smoothly as possible.
