2 days in a row now that the car wash "tube" has gone down and I wasn't able to get my car washed! This on top of you not offering hand dry for free with the unlimited service I have like Top Dog did, as well as some of your other locations, as well as blue wash being left on my car, I'm seriously thinking about cancelling. Especially since there's a new car wash opening down the street soon.
I brought my moms mini van (an older model) there the other day to get it fully detailed inside & out to surprise her for her birthday from my family. Well, the smile on her face really said it all! She said, "I have never seen it so shiny & clean!" Safe to say she LOVED it! They all did an awesome job, great price, & the manager, Sebastian, is AWESOME!! =) Thanks again to all!
Bought the hubby a gift card for father's day. We've been there 4 times now. Service is always great! They took really good care of us!
Have gone to the Melbourne/Suntree location for the last couple of months. The place is constantly busy which is a sign of a good business. Everyone was very polite and detail oriented. Never saw anyone not hustle and just walk around. Miss the free popcorn though. I commend their management team because it is obvious the staff is well trained and they really give excellent customer service. Keep up the great job. Will definitely keep going there to keep my Hyundai sparkling clean and happy.
The gentleman that took my payment and helped me select what level of service I wanted was excellent. The three stars comes from the work on the inside of the car. Trash wasn't removed, dash wasn't wiped down, trunk wasn't vacuumed. There was quite a bit of indifference when I brought it up to the kid that was cleaning the inside. Overall it wasn't a very good experience and something that wouldn't have happened at Top Dog.
