There was still bird poop on one of my doors and pine needles in the top of my hood. There's no way they didn't see it and when I asked them to take care of both items they acted like it was a giant inconvenience. For $23 I think they should at least get bird poop off of your car.
I thought I was going to pull in, get a quick wash & be done. Unfortunately something broke down. Well there was an irate customer who pissed off "Jennifer" the cashier. She goes on a tirade to take it out on me. I tried talking to her but you can't reason with crazy. Thanks to Assistant manager Wes who stepped in and made things right. Some people should NOT work in customer service!
Missed the scent I was to get on my $33 wash. But it looks so good!!
Got the basic wash and vacuum. When I got back in my car there was still crumbs and trash in the front and back seat. Will not be back. Ever.
The best detail shop in the NW! They are quick, and professional. They always make sure you roll away shinning like a ⭐️.
