I clearly asked to remove the bugs and for $36 I got crap service instead!!!!
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE , MY CAR LOOKS EXACTLY HOW I TOOK IT.
Paid over $60 and clearly stated up front that the interior was the main focus of our visit. When my car was "done" the backseat cup holders were still sticky and covered in dirt, the drivers floor space hadn't been vacuumed and the window/lock controls on the driver and passenger side had not been cleaned just to list some of the problems. I was told by two different gentleman, "I didn't do this side" and, "I worked on the dashboard not the floors." I've had a membership with them for like 2 years and for 59.99 a month it's not worth it cause the wash been so bad car never clean dirty windows cup holder jus need to do better

I really wish I could give zero stars. We paid 23 dollars for dirty windows dirt on the floor boards dirty cup holders (that we intentionally left empty) and a dirty filthy dashboard. Absolutely terrible. Edit: I am changing my review from 1 star to 3. We returned and complained about the poor job performed and all the issues were quickly and courteously resolved. However I will still be taking my business to Prestige Hand Car wash from here on out.
I like the new Express exterior wash lane. Very convenient for a quick wash.
For the last yr. I have held a membership of the unlimited washes. I have visited several locations throughout Houston, TX some express only and some full service. Never until today have i had a full service center tell me that i couldn't vacuum my car out and have to pay for it if i want it done until i was informed@ Mister Car Wash @[815864005113126:Mister Car Wash TX Copperfield]. It was really busy after a week of raining. Everyone had the same idea. I think my car dried it self after sitting there at least 15 minutes without attention, although they did wipe it down once they got to it. Everything was good except they did not wipe the down the dash and the middle of the windshield was not wiped down, seems they wiped the sides only. The sweet girl did apologize for the wait.
