I was an unlimited member until this morning, I went through the wash and the gentlemen that dried it had the head fall off a tool. It dented my hood, when the manager came out to look at it he said you have another small dent here and started pointing out other scratches and things. If I hadn't watched it just happen I wouldn't have said anything. I drive a lifted Jeep Wrangler that gets off-roaded on the regular, it has scratches and dents from me not the people that wash it until now. The manager needs customer service 10... read more
This place has more pros than cons... maybe a handful of people who greet you kindly. But then rest are straight up disrespectful with attitude and all especially at the detailing part. The one big light skin lady is straight rude. Tried to talk and tell her thank you and she just gave this nasty look. Worst customer service
Honesty. Respond to customer when calls are made. If you can't perform a service when the customer points out a specific concern and it isn't part of pricing package don't just move on assuming customer will understand. Assuming only causes problems. and all of this is important in customer service and customer satisfaction. I will never return to this carwash.
Terrible job. Wheels not cleaned. Bugs still all over mirrors and bumper. Windows cleaned with a dirty rag it appears.
Car not very clean and they used the vacuum in the small compartment near the console and sucked up personal items.... beyond mad 😡
Could be better at cleaning inside of car
Had a not so great visit. Paid 50 to have interior conditioned and the platinum wash. Shitty job on my leather. To the point the manager came and started working on my car. He was awesome tried to fix his employees fuck up. But again hes the manager he shouldn't have to be working on customers vehicles when he pays people to do said job. Needless to say when we drove off we then realized basically no one cleaned my front or back windshield they're filthy. So needless to say.
