Decent service & price but wish I could count on them to actually be open when they say they will be. What's the point of a membership if there's no one here?

Got talked into a more expensive wash so the detailers would focus on some specific dirty areas in my cars-- and when they told me the car was done all of the specific dirty areas were only half clean. I ended up having to get three different employees attention before the issues I had were corrected. 2 stars.

This Mister Carwash is by far the worst service I have received. Not only did I pay 39.99 the employees blamed each other then just walked away from me when I pointed out the deficiencies. The Manager comes out and she "re-cleans" my truck and its the same. I have pictures that I can't post on here. Poor attitudes and work ethic at this location. My company and I will never go there again.

They do a GREAT job, work hard, and over all great service with a smile. I'ma loyal customer for sure.

Just left from here. My car still has smudges on the windows, dash was not dusted off, there's dirt on my rims, the grill has bugs in it still and caked on dirt, the trunk also, and the door handle are. I got pictures of all this. Wow. If I wasn't in a hurry , and with my 2 year old I would've gone back , but i cant expect him to sit through two washes. But now I know ,$27.99 I will never spend there again. Very upset.
