I came to wash my car and there was window marker on the windows. That's the reason I needed a car wash. I pull up and pay and there were 3 employees standing right there watching me pay. Then I pull around and a 4th employee starts the wash. Wash finishes and the window marker didn't come off so I pulled around to tell someone and he straight up tells me HE KNEW window marker wasn't gonna come off in the wash and it has to be scrubbed off, which they aren't doing right now. I’ve been taking my vehicle to Mr. Carwash for years now. I have their $59.99 month membership for my Lexus GS 350 and they scratch my vehicle very bad, I brought it up to their attention and they said they would look at the videos to determine if the damage was there from before. I came back 4 days later because they never called me back, I spoke to “the manager” and he said that the videos were “inconclusive” so they wouldn’t pay to fix it. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years. I just discovered that you raised the price of the wash, wipe, and vac from $15.00 to $20.00, which is fine, inflation happens. HOWEVER. Inflation also happens to your employees, and they apparently did not get a pay increase out of it. Shame on you. I’ll be checking out the competition.
They broke off my back wiper arm almost 2 weeks ago and still won’t call back to update status of ordering the new one. I finally went by in person and was told wrong one was sent and new one was expected that day. 4 days later and no call and no response to messages.
Love the management!! When they didn’t clean it right the first time, he immediately handled it. That’s the service I expect! I know it was very busy, but you still have to do it right. Love Muster Car Wash. my first experience with this location! I will come back!

I just left after having the "premium package". was told they wiped down seats and vacumed the interior. really
I've been going awhile but they didn't spend the time on it they normally do and they weren't crowded. A bit disappointed.
