First and LAST time I ever go there! Was even considering getting a ultimate membership. Didn't clean my Cruz at all.. left bug stuff on headlights and hood along with didn't even touch the back end. And to add insult, I went through and paid at 6:59 pm according to my receipt, when I came out of the wash to vacuum, they were shut off because they closed at 7 pm. Hyvee's $ 8 wash does much better than their $12
We’ve always had a great experience at mister Car wash on 14th but Mister recently stopped drying cars at 2 locations in Colorado. At the sane time, prices went up. Is this happening at all locations? Are there still people who towel dry cars in Des Moines or have these positions also been eliminated?

This car wash charged me $16 and left my car looking like garbage. The wash itself lasted less than a few minutes. There is still visible dirt and a thin coating of some kind of residue. Never again.
Love paying monthly so we can go as often as we need too...
This wash single handedly destroyed my brand new cars paint, absolutely ridiculous and a sorry excuse for a car wash
I love that there are a ton of vacuums at this location! Also, it never takes a long time to get through the car wash even with a long line. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the front passenger side of my car never gets hit with the brushes and the dryers aren't the best. I wish this was a full service location. �
Sail on down the road.....let da Mister handle it. Just as I love a rainy night, as soon as the rain moves out, there's no doubt my car will need a good washing. Stop in when da sun pops out. For $23mo. (No contract) unlimited washes, you can't be it.
