Donna was absolutely wonderful! I had actually set up an appointment through Smart start and they totally left out a bunch of fees! Donna go one switched over and helped me keep my appointment but not overdraft my account. She made me aware of every possible fee I could be hit with. Anyone who has to receive a device knows that it can be costly but I feel much more at ease.
Had my guy I've been going to for 3 years stop doing service made one call and Donna had me set with an immediate appointment right down the street from my job and was extremely helpful thanks donna
Donna was easy to talk to and a genuine polite person. She got me together with the set up time and all.. she was very patient when I didn’t have something and needed to call back but all in all she was awesome….. highly recommend over smart start
