Donna was easy to talk to and a genuine polite person. She got me together with the set up time and all.. she was very patient when I didn’t have something and needed to call back but all in all she was awesome….. highly recommend over smart start

Justin was a great help and did the best he could with my issues. Amber was the worst customer service supervisor I have ever dealt with. She didn't listen to my concerns. I would have been better off speaking to a wall. Amber needs to be fired or at least demoted... the worst.
Justin is extremely helpful with everything he does. Every time he picked up the phone I knew any questions I had were going to be answered quickly and with precision. He needs a promotion
