Donna did an awesome job. Got me back 9n track and setup for my install very smoothly
The website is absolutely atrocious! Doesn’t provide links necessary for help online. They don’t have easy calibration links to schedule online. It like others, only care about acquiring new business.
I called and spoke with Michelle who was very informational. I did not feel rushed, she was thorough and included extra information to me, I'm grateful that I Chose this company and so lucky that I got to speak to such an awesome representative like michelle.

Donna was absolutely wonderful! I had actually set up an appointment through Smart start and they totally left out a bunch of fees! Donna go one switched over and helped me keep my appointment but not overdraft my account. She made me aware of every possible fee I could be hit with. Anyone who has to receive a device knows that it can be costly but I feel much more at ease.
