Wednesday October 1, 2025 @ 9AM. Work performed was not of the usual expectations. At the last minute I went from paying $450 to $494 because the acting secretary “demanded” that I pay extra, because they had to make two trips to uninstall two defective booster fans in which they installed. Missouri Furnace and Air Conditioning always goes above and beyond. Bob did a great job on thoroughly checking and trying to resolve the issue that I was having he did research to figure out a solution of why my detectors kept going off. Bob is a lifesaver! This company is always there when I need help! The ladies in the office Joan and Tracey have always been very helpful and friendly when speaking with them to get a service tech out to my residence.
