Don’t send bills out when they want to collect. The hospital just sends you to debt recovery company. They try to ruin your credit, when it’s their billing debt who can’t keep up enough even to mail bills out.
My mom arrived by ambulance Aug.31 with dehydration and Trouble breathing,ambulance arrived around 4 o clock I ask several times any update?? Finally grabbed a nurse and ask her what was going on around 7:30 PM, she came back and gave me a update which she had just come in aT 7 so she didn’t know much.. The RN Robin in Pre op is outstanding. she went above and beyond for me ! she knew i was so nervous and really teied to make me smile.!
My dad received the worst service when he was there. They claimed that they would take the best care of him, but they in fact did not. He said that everyone had the same attitude. They were in the process of a shift change, so he was rushed out with nothing being done for him. I ended up having to take him to Cape where he received excellent care as always, and found out that he had a bad sinus infection. Needless to say, we won't be back!
best hospital I have ever been in from top to the bottom they have all been so good to me
Drs and nurses are rude and forgot why they are in the field. They are completely heartless. They are only there for the paycheck. No concern about the patients. I will not take anyone in my family or my fur baby there. The place was filthy also. They will not be getting any money out of me or my insurance. They are worse than a band aid hospital.
