When I called about the possibility of making an appointment Paulina was the best. She was very friendly and has great customer service skills! I think anyone would be lucky to have her!!
The folks here are always courteous and professional. Donating is incredibly easy and does a ton of good. Further, you get snacks! I find setting up appointments to be quick by using the online app. Never had any issues with the nurse extracting my blood either.
