They are Extremely rude and impolite., with the exception of couple. I shouldn't be made to feel like you are doing me a favor to do your job, and take my money.Not to mention they close for lunch between 12-1 but it isn't posted anywhere.

They are rude and very unreasonable also they do not inform u of their hour lunch break. They also will over charge u for ur power bill.
This website needs to be updated. Directions are incorrect. The office closes from 12 - 1 daily for lunch. The picture is incorrect. Go to Mississippi Power. Com under ( my home ) to find the hours of operation after you enter your zip code. The web search is as user friendly as the company is customer satisfaction driven.
