We chose Stay Dry Roofing to replace our shingle roof. Javier is very knowledgeable about all aspects of his work and was able to explain it to us so we could understand it. He wven helped us pick a color that would go well with the color we had just painted the house. And now that they are finished, it was definitely the right choice. What a great company.
They did a relay of our clay tile roof. We saved a lot using our original tiles. It is amazing that it looks the exact same but cleaner since they power washed the tiles. We are very happy with the price and work.
It was finally nice to meet a contractor that shows you photos, writes out a simple estimate and then does the work on schedule and at a high standard of workmanship. I highly recommend Stay Dry Roofing.
We had our fireplace and Chimney removed. Stay Dry Roofing covered where the chimney was and replaced the hole with very clise matching tiles.
