John installed our tile roof. The big spring windstorm blew some of our tiles off. I understand tile roofs should withstand winds to 120 MPH. John hasn't returned our calls regarding repairing the defective tiles. Plus one star as John subsequently responded, sending his crew to repair our roof for a few hundred dollars.
