Doctors and staff have been great during our two visits. We will definitely keep bringing our dog Ted here �
1st time here, everybody was friendly; in & out with plenty of useful information...
It was my first time coming here and although the staff and Vet seemed knowledgable and kind the customer service at the front desk needs improving. I had a 11 am appointment for my two Shih Tzo's. I was not called back until 11:55 am. Didn't check out till 1pm. This is longer than I wait for my doctor. I wouldn't have minded if there had been an emergency or had a packed waiting room, but, there were only a few in the waiting room.
