I was pleased with this vet clinic. I had to wait to be seen for 45 minutes but they said it was due to many emergencies that day, which I understood. My dog, Noel, was seen by Dr.Ramsey who spent a lot of time with us, explaining Noel's condition and treatment. He seemed to be very kind and caring...in fact, I would like him to be our vet.
Very nice staff, Dr. Heflin is excellent,knowledgeable, and he was very attentive in taking care of our fur baby . Highly recommend this place.
Loved the environment, very lovable to my pets. Gave many treats and answered ALL my questions!
They would not even bother to return my email to set up an appointment, just because I am not hispanic, I get ignored, getting used to this treatment by now, but it still frustrates me.
