Everyone was very helpful, its was my first time taking my Shih Tzu ( Tommy ) there and from the moment i enter they asked me few questions to assist me, filling out the application, from the nurse getting more information to asset Tommy, from the Doctor asking me questions to assist my dog, never felt rushed, and from the tech nurse providing me with medication and explaining to me what med was for and to administer it, giving a detail how much i was being charge, my dog was calm through all this, the whole personal showed ... read more

My mom had two pets pass after taking them to Mission Veterinary hospital. The last one she took was fine before going and died from an alleged infection after being treated. Needless to say I have asked my mom not to take anymore pets there... ��

I cannot speak to the quality of the car provided because I left, but the customer service was lousy. A guy named Rudy told me that walk ins were welcome, and that I would have to wait, but I waited for an hour and half and could not stay any longer. They should have simply told me that walk ins are looking at a 2 hour wait, and recommended an appointment time for a later date. At the very least, they can inform walk ins that the wait might be longer than an hour. I would think they can simply look at the appointments, curre... read more
