I purchased my Explorer here and I refuse to get it serviced anywhere else. Always a flawless experience with an exceptional staff.
Not so much! – Had an appointment. Two and a half hours later they told me it would still be another 45 minutes before they even got around to looking at the vehicle. The service "specialist" did seem to know what day of the week it was let alone what he was doing. When I gave up and went back to work I had to call them to find out the vehicle had supposedly been done for an hour and they claimed they left me a voice-mail. Sent someone to get the vehicle.
