Back office is not friendly at all and the Manager Elizabeth everytime I go to the clinic. I just see the manager sitting on her phone doesn’t help and do nothing been trying to get my medical records and she doesn’t do nothing.
10 out of 10 for Dr. Lee, 1 star for the front desk. Specifically a front desk worker named KRIS (supposedly). They claim to have a “warm and compassionate team”, that’s a LIE. This person had me on the line for over 15 minutes, just to book my son an appointment that confirmed him to go back to school and play sports. Little does she know we’ve went to this clinic for YEARS, before it was even switched to the doctors who are there now.
