Mission Pest Control is a nightmare! They overcharged me $3,200 for a $750 job that was so poorly done, I had to hire another company to fix it. Their service was awful: techs showed up for an appointment but regularly left without knocking, techs arrived without needed ladders despite my request for them to bring a ladder, and they required constant rescheduling. For everyone planning on mission pest control, just note that they DO NOT remove wasps nests if they happen to be on your second floor roof. It's not within their scope of practice. I found out after about 3 years of service with them.

This company drives me crazy. I have asked them over and over to stop coming to my house trying to sell me pest control. They just keep coming. I put put a no soliciting sign, but they keep coming. Every time they tell me that they do my neighbors pest control and try to get me to sign up for their services even though I use another company.
