This company drives me crazy. I have asked them over and over to stop coming to my house trying to sell me pest control. They just keep coming. I put put a no soliciting sign, but they keep coming. Every time they tell me that they do my neighbors pest control and try to get me to sign up for their services even though I use another company.
Been using Mission Pest for five years and their staff is always so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Really feels like a family run business. Quincy Tate was my recent technician and he was amazing! Answered all my silly questions and made sure my home was taken care of so i don't see any more roaches. Mission Pest should give him a raise!
Very disorganized, they send a lot of emails and text messages. Try to reach out but its an automated recording. I would not recommend.
It is a pleasure to interact with the company's employees, such as a Daniel who is taking care of my problem with ants, his friendly, courteous, respectful, and professional attitude, it makes feel at ease, knowing that I am in good hands. SK ;))
I had been with Truly Nolen for nearly 10 years but was dissatisfied with their corporate structure and lack of local support. I changed over to Mission and had nothing but great communication, support, and follow through. We started with termite tenting and now have pest control too. We have ants, spiders, and other critters that like to cohabitate in our yard. Mission PC does a great job keeping them to a minimum. We are so happy with our service.
