I cannot begin to tell how lucky and blessed we have been to find Dr. Kord and her awesome staff! When my son, who was 4 at the time, broke his front tooth and had to have it pulled Dr. Kord and team were there to help my little guy and made him feel as comfy as they could. This dentistry is the worst one I had even went. Very bad service. Only thing they want like is Money. When you first time to go there and they smile and making a lot of jokes. You feel they are friendly and giving you a very good service. After you done the payments. They changed their attitude immediately. When you call they let you to wait for a long time, before they did the deep cleaning they will tell you for regular clean is for free. But when you call them again they said is not for free. Our first experience with Dr. Ehktiar was for a toddlers abscessed tooth. We could tell her love for dentistry and for her patients right away. She explained the procedure in laymens terms and we knew our first born was in great hands. This was in 2016. Since then the entire family has gone to see her for simple checkups, orthodontics and my wifes first cavity! We highly recommend her.
This dentist ruined my wife’s teeth! Do not go here this lady doesn’t know what she’s doing. She did bonding on my wife but didn’t tell her she would shave down her teeth. If this information was given before the bonding was done my wife would have never gotten it done. When I called to tell the office their wrong doings they tried to calm me down by saying well we didn’t charge you guys. It doesn’t matter if I paid or not for this horrible service. This dentist caused permanent damaged.
The ladies at mission pediatric dentistry were extremely friendly and helpful. The office is located in a beautiful building that has a wheelchair accessible entrance and is well lit and inviting. The office in the equipment is all state of the art and the entire dentistry operation leverages modern tools and scanning equipment. The entire team was welcoming and it was great experience.
