Called to make an appointment and couldn't get a person so I selected the call back option. I was told by the automated system that 10 callers were ahead of me. Got a call back FIVE HOURS LATER. In the time I was waiting I figured I would walk in and speak with someone onky to find the office was completely empty and under construction. Called the second location and got them on their lunch break because apparently they all like to take their lunch together. The extensive wait time to make an appointment is inexcusable. The outdated call-back system is non-functional with iPhone iOS14 because all calls not in the callers contact list will not even ring the recipient, to avoid multiple scammers. It's been 40 minutes wait time and there is no way to contact a live person to ask the scheduler to LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE CALL BACK NUMBER. A place that wants to provide good care will be more accessible to patients who need them. Please stay current technologically.

I was referred to them by my primary care physician for an MRI. My PCP is also a Mission Heritage provider. Two days before my appointment, I was contacted by telephone to do pre-admissions work. DO NOT GET IMAGING HERE. This is an outpatient facility and I was billed as a hospital patient. If you are under 18 they bill you as as inpatient CHOC patient. If you are over 18 they bill normally. I was billed almost $4,000 for a 1 view abdominal xray and upper abdominal ultrasound. All of which was applied toward my deductible. It was never disclosed this is how they bill. They know they would lose business and patient's would go somewhere else if they knew this was how much would be billed. Even my PCP could not believe ... read more

I don’t know where the bad reviews came from! Besides the initial wait on the phone to try and get an appointment my experience here was exceptional. Staff were courteous and friendly and a lady even came by while I waited to make sure my parking ticket was stamped and validated! My MRI went smoothly and everything was done in a timely manner. In and out within 1 hour. Thank you for your professionalism.
