This place is ridiculous to try and schedule and make an appointment. You can’t email over your orders. It takes 24 hours. Do you have to call back to make an appointment. I feel like Providence just makes everything more difficult than it needs to be. I really would like to switch providers. You can basically have your orders in hand and they still won’t schedule anything for you. They have to make sure they get a written copy first. Absolutely a nightmare dealing with this place.

I’m not going back there again. Made an appointment two months ago for a mammogram and yet I’m not on the schedule when I check in. It’s not the first time. In addition, they are always behind.

The women who makes appointments is an absolute nightmare. I hope her boss or corporate listen to recorded conversations and pay attention to the surveys they ask people to make. I asked for her name because she was so rude and she hung up on me.

I've been going here for 30 years but never again. There's been a slow decline in service since Providence took over. Just a bunch of corporate nonsense when trying to get someone to help. I heard "not my job" with every phone transfer. I finally gave up. When it comes to something as serious as cancer screening, I need a medical provider I can count on, not a bunch of run around and "not my job" employees.

I am struggling with the bill from mammogram I did from this center. I shouldn’t recommend this place. I went for the following up after the annual check up and they put me in the diagnostic order which made me paid 550$ after insurance for what just 10 minutes to do extra images for clearing the bad images they did from previous 1st visit.
