I am struggling with the bill from mammogram I did from this center. I shouldn’t recommend this place. I went for the following up after the annual check up and they put me in the diagnostic order which made me paid 550$ after insurance for what just 10 minutes to do extra images for clearing the bad images they did from previous 1st visit. I spent a lot of time for calling them, no one helped me. I tried to make an appointment for first time here & had to go thru so many prompts, then got this robot trying to “give away” a life alert necklace which I already have. I ended up hanging up & calling my previous place & booked an appointment in a quick couple of minutes.
This was my first visit ever to this wellness center, and I really just wanted to put in a good word Annette I just wanted to publicly thank you so much for going above and beyond and being so patient and helpful in helping me resolve my matter, I appreciate you so much. It truly meant a lot to me
I have been here a couple times recently for different imaging tests. It’s a convenient location and the facilities inside are clean and welcoming. Jenn H at the reception desk is awesome! She’s extremely kind and helpful and goes above and beyond, giving each person her undivided attention. There was one imaging tech that was a little abrupt and abrasive, but I’m still happy to schedule future appointments here as I feel comfortable I will continue to have a good experience overall.
I would give them 10 stars if I could. I took my mother in for her mammogram today and we could not have been treated with more care, kindness, and professionalism. Thank you to all the ladies who work so hard to make the patients feel welcome and cared for. You’re awesome!!
